Dr. Todd Younkin is the President & CEO of SRC, where he leads a ~$100M/yr. global research agenda supported by ~3k academic and industrial researchers, 27 international companies, and 3 U.S. government agencies (DARPA, NSF, and NIST).

That community is using the 2030 Decadal Plan for Semiconductors to define and develop hardware that meets the needs of emerging information and communication technologies (ICT).
